退款与退货政策 Refund & Return Policy

Every product we sell carries a minimum 1-year warranty. Walk in to any branch and we handle the warranty claim for you — you do not need to ship the unit back to the brand yourself.

我们出售的每一件产品都享有至少一年保固。到任何分店,我们替你处理保固索赔,你无需自行把机器寄回原厂。

You may return or exchange an item if it is: (a) defective or faulty on arrival; or (b) the wrong item was delivered. Please report within 7 days of receipt, with the original receipt/invoice and the item in its original packaging and complete accessories. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

以下情况可退换:(a) 到货即有缺陷/故障;或 (b) 送错货品。请在收到后 7 天内 提出,并保留原始收据/发票、原包装及完整配件。我们会视情况维修、更换或退款。

The following generally cannot be returned for change of mind: opened software or activated licences/keys; opened consumables (ink, toner); items damaged by misuse, accident, or unauthorised repair; items without proof of purchase; and special-order or clearance items. Unopened standard items may be exchanged within 7 days at our discretion after inspection; a restocking fee may apply.

以下一般不接受「改变主意」退货:已拆封软件或已激活的授权/序号;已拆封耗材(墨水、碳粉);因误用、意外或未经授权维修而损坏的产品;没有购买凭证的产品;以及特别订购或清仓产品。未拆封的标准产品经检查后,我们可酌情在 7 天内换货,可能收取重新上架费。

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Online payments (FPX, card, e-wallet, DuitNow QR) made through our payment gateway are refunded to the original source; cash or bank-transfer purchases are refunded by bank transfer. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days of approval; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

获批准的退款将退回原付款方式。通过支付网关进行的线上付款(FPX、信用卡、电子钱包、DuitNow QR)退回原渠道;现金或银行转账购物则以银行转账退款。退款在获批后 7–14 个工作日 内处理;到账时间视你的银行或发卡机构而定。

Bring the item and your receipt to any E CUBE branch, message the branch on WhatsApp, or email us at info@ecube.my with your order/receipt number and a short description (and photos, if faulty).

把产品和收据带到任何 E CUBE 分店、用 WhatsApp 联系分店,或电邮 info@ecube.my,附上订单/收据编号和简短说明(如有故障请附照片)。
